Im looking for limiters to make some 10/30 AK mags. If I understand correctly, in order for the mag to be compliant it needs to be permanently fixed in the 10 round configuration. The link above says the limiter can be ipoxy to the spring to make it permanent. Im wondering if it would be compliant if I epoxy the limiter to the spring but leave the base plate free so I can still open it up for cleaning.
