Question about a 03 FFL and COE

Do you still have to do a DROS on a C&R rifle if you have both a 03FFL and COE? Thanks Steve

If you're buying the firearm from a dealer in CA in person, you will still have to DROS, but you don't have to wait. It feels like an NICS instant check.

Did this for the first time a few days ago on an M44 at Big 5. A strangely euphoric experience! I like it!

BEANS!!!! I was hoping that I could avoid the Dros Fee...no such luck, the State must have it's due.

DROS fee is only needed if you're buying from an 01 FFL in California btw.
