    Certificate of Eligibility

    Is this thing applicable to individuals? Or is this only if you have a business or are employed by a dealer or manufacturer? I thought I read somewhere if one was able to secure a COE (as an individual) it would be beneficial. Any info?

          Oops, sorry about that. Got too lazy...

          At any rate, I guess a COE won't benefit me much...
