buying more than three long guns per dros

I heard you go on some list if you do this. I'm buying as many rifles as I can afford before I quit in 2014 so I'm trying to scrimp and save to get as many as I can. However I do not want to go on any government lists. If someone can confirm or deny this for me I'd appreciate it.

In theory, no one knows how many long guns you purchase.

If you have your on tight, you might think when we submit DROS for more than 3 long guns, the CA DOJ might secretly track that information even though they say they aren't and they aren't supposed to.

I would encourage you not to care as the number of people on that list would be so great that it really wouldn't do any good to be on the list. They might as well just go door to door.

Now if you buy more than one semi-automatic rifle .223 caliber or greater, then your name gets submitted to the ATF. However, they don't care. Again, you would be one of many on the list so what good is it to have a list that pretty much everyone is on?
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

BATFE requires multiple sales of semi-auto rifles with a caliber larger than .22 to be reported, just like multiple handguns are reported....

If you buy 100 bolt guns there is no reporting requirement, and can be done on one DROS

There shouldn't be an issue if your on the list or not. Long guns aren't registered either.

I agree it is none of their business as long as sales are legal.

I'm currently buying up pretty much everything i want as well, i have no idea where this retarded gun ban laws are going. The only two guns i want now is a beretta 92fs and Sig Sauer p226. All of which i owned before and sold.
