    357 Magnum SABOT project

    finally got around to doing a video on my 357 magnum sabot round. Check it out, its a real zipper!

    At the beginning, the guy on the left wearing the John Deere shirt, his initials wouldn't happen to be MB would they?

      I'm going to have to watch this one.
      Very much looking forward to accuracy an chronograph test results in whatever you shoot this through as your shooting season comes together.
      Will you test with cupric solids (hollowpoint or not...) like Barnes or North Fork?
      Please include rifling type and depth as well as rate of twist when you report results.

        the bullet selection that i can use in revolvers is very limited. they have to be flat base with a short body and a sharp heel to fit the sabot.

        in my trooper MKIII target im getting 2" at 50 yards off a rest. my rossi i havent shot off a rest for accuracy yet. between winter and keeping my gunshop open i dont have a whole lot of time to tinker.
