    PPT Question

Just wanted to know if I have to wait every 10 days to do a PPT?

If I have a PPT in the works or "jail" do I have to wait the 10 days before I start another?

Used the searched and could not find an answer

    Thanks in advance

      Edit: just reread your question.

I would say no you do not have to wait.

Ppt seems pretty easy compared buying from a dealer.

Just my thoughts. I would say that you could do as many ppt's as you like. They are for each PPT transaction. You could do the PPT today at the sellers or your local FFL and then go back and do another PPT with another buyer.
That was my case. I bought two Walther PPK's(off roster) last year from two different people and was done roughly the same time.
It would be 10 days wait for each PPT. I had to wait about 3 days more for the second, then picked them up at the same time.

You can do a PPT every day of the year if you'd like. The other cool thing about PPTs is that you can purchase multiple handguns at one time and/or not have to wait 30 days in between PPT purchases like you do with dealer handgun sales.

I'm not sure where you are located but LA city has a 1 in 30 law for handguns that includes PPTs, I believe they are the only ones.

Actually in Nothern California and don't have to deal with the 1 in 30 for PPT
                Thanks
