    Midway Returns?

Purchased a rifle scope from Midway and I just received it, however there is a burr/damage on the eyepiece and on the optic there is what appears to be a smudge or fingerprint on the inside of the lens. Not familiar with Midway's return policy but I really don't think I should have to pay to ship it back. Anyone else have issues returning products to Midway? There is a form you can fill out but it basically says, without actually saying, that you need to ship the item back. They should have to pay for the item to be shipped back IMO because I just want an exchange for a good scope, not a used/damaged scope. Hoping to hear from those who have had to return items to Midway. Did you have to pay to return your items?

    Thanks.

Email them with your order number as the subject and they'll send you an RMA number.

I have always found Midway to be a class outfit to deal with. You should have no problems.

Midway has an excellent return policy. I've returned a number of items to them in the past, including a scope, and have always gotten a full refund back very promptly with no questions asked.

There's a form you need to fill out -- it's on their website. Just fill that out and mail the item back.

Use their Form & it'll be easy. You'll have to ask them about shipping charges etc. Midway has always been easy to deal with IMO.

Asked about shipping charges and RMAs, however, the rep told me that they do not provide RMAs and that I would just need to ship the item back and they would credit my card. I asked about the shipping charges and she told me they would credit that back too, however I have never seen or heard of it being done that way before. I just wanted an exchange, however if I have to pay for shipping each time they send me a defective item, I ay as well not ask for an exchange and just get my card credited. Hopefully what she is saying is accurate about the reimbursed shipping charges. Thanks again everyone. Will keep my fingers crossed.

I've ordered alot of parts from midway, their turn around time sucks. Just shipping one way takes a few months, last purchase was a wilson combat speed trigger, hammer, and beavertail. Took almost four months to get it.

If you call them or email them they will send you a RMA and you wouldn't need to pay for shipping, but with midway being even more busy don't expect your item delievered quick.

I ordered these parts about a year ago, before the gun crissis

I returned some Colt magazines that my RIA 1911 didn't like and it was no problem. Midway will take care of you. I think theres a section on the site with different options on how you want to do the return (credit, exchange,...). Good luck.
