    have you ever order stuff from rockyourglock.com?

    i sent them an email asking them if a design that i have was good for a slide cover and a Mag Floor Plate, they replied and say yes!! so then placed and order more than 2 weeks ago. the very next day received and email telling me that my cover was on the mail and i was given a tracking # letting me know my package should arrived by the 1st, the next day after that i receive another email letting me know that my design din't turn out as well but they were going to send the package to me anyways, so waited for the day of delivery and got no package, so i sent them several emails regarding my problem and got no rresponce at all! finally decided to give them a call they had me on hold for a wile! then a lady told me that they put my order on hold and they where waiting for my approval WTF so then i ask her that why they dint sent me and email or a phone call letting me know the problem?, so she told me that they were going to redo the covers again and they were going to send it right away and they were going to send me a tracking #. so that was yesterday and of course they din't send me a tracking # tray calling again but the phone was busy!!
    this is my very first time ordering stuff from them and i think it is going to be the last one!!

    Ordered Magazines from them last month, great price (before the increase) and quick shipping. Your situation doesn't sound too bad or unreasonable, anything with a custom designed might take a little longer, and they were willing to attempt to redo it for you to get it right (isn't that what you'd like?), just give them some time to get it done right. Many shops are hammered with purchases and request so give them some extra time and understanding. Waiting for a day to day update is a bit much in my opinion, they are a good vendor and won't screw you over.

        well i called them again and told me they were going to send me a tracking number and i got nothing!!!
        really bad custumer service!!!

            Custom work isn't like grabbing something off the shelf and putting it in a box. You're over blowing this.

                  I have ordered 2 custom designed slide covers from them. Both times were with bad results.

                  1st time they simply never mailed it out and forgot about it. After calling back like 2 weeks later, they did a rush job and sent it out. Problem was it was so much of a rush job, it looked terrible. I had to send it back and they had to do it again. Took about a little over a month total time to get the slide cover the way it should have been.

                  2nd time they didnt forget, but did a shoddy job again. Once again I had to call and mail it back. When they sent the replacement out it was okay. Not good, but tolerable and I kept it. I thought maybe the 1st experience I had was a fluke, it looks like it was not.

                  In case you guys want to know what I mean by shoddy job, it looks like the slide cover was not clamped down or something during the etching. Either that or someone was shaking the machine as the work was being done. The lines were not clear and were very blurry. I have not done business with them since.

                      yeah! i totally agree with you in this one!! i receive my design 2day and is not good at all!! i dont mind the wait for something custom, what i dont like is the bad customer service that they have!
