It looks like the politicians in Ca want gun owners to buy liability insurance. Since when do you need insurance to exercise your constitutional rights.

Unless of course you are an:

Illegal immigrant
One of the 500,000+ Union employees granted a waiver
One of the 1,000's of Democrat campaign contributors granted a waiver

Its how they plan to still get more tax monies even thought they gave the waiver, you know its a loophole to a loophole. I am a Union member by force not by choice and dont agree with a lot they do. But I know about this crap. We will not be exempt for more than a couple years. After they tax our so called income they will waive the waiver and we will join the rest of you. Rest assured they wil get us too. One way or another they are going to get the tax money and even it out. Its simply lip service to get the uninformed suckers vote, not mine.

Exactly. Just like the %90 they will promise to pay the states in reimbursement money.

It will all be lowered and eventually gone away and we will be left with total dependency on the government for medical.

Whether obama is is trying to or not, I think his plan IS TO MAKE ALL PRIVATE INSURERS GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

I just heard this on the radio yesterday. Leave it to the SF Polititions to come up with this idea. I`m sure the criminals are going to line up to buy insurance before they go on a ram page. Man these people need to be voted out of office.

The insurance is paid for by the employer. But it comes out of our negotiated raises if any. Say we get a dollar raise we vote to put half towards our insurance. It doesn't come out of our check but it was our money.
