Need Help on gun years /what year made

I need a little help on finding out the dates of manufacture on a few guns .

I have a OLD Springfeild single shotshotgun and a Very Old Stevens single shot 32 shot rifle .
Is there a site some where I can find what year they were made .
Trying to get a Idea of value
