Confiscated at a Seattle WA gun buyback this weekend.
FIM-92 Stinger SAM.
Person A brings it to turn in.
Person B sees it and buys it from Person A.
Seattle PD see the exchange and confiscate it from Person B.
Seattle PD contacts US Army.
US Army says non-functional launcher assembly.
US Army CID now involved to determine how it left Mil possession.sigpic

I would have bought it too if it was non-functional and legal... is there any chance it could have been sold as non-functional surplus?
