Hello all. Would like to get your input on this. What if we had a AW card like the HSC card maybe its $100.00 for 5 years and 1 AW per month then when the dealers do the back ground check with DOJ they have a tab like on Hand Gun Sales says AW and the dealer would put all the info on there just like a hand gun. Just a thought on the AW thing. Please chime in.

Waste of time. Time/money/effort would be better spent to get rid of HSC requirement, "safe handgun" roster and AW laws in CA.

Still sounds like infringement to me.
Shall not be infringed.
Sounds unconstitutional.

And with Heller looking like it turned in favor of an individual right hopefully within a few years we wont need this new kind of infringement to have our natural rights back.
