How do I delete my gunbroker account?

Hey calgunners, I want to close my GB account. Thinking bout selling an item but I changed my mind. Looked on their website and couldn't find anything. This was 3 days ago and I see they are trying to withdraw $3 for activation. Account/routing number was given. I emailed their customer support but still no response. Any clue? thanks

i don't know how to close an account on Gunbroker, so can't help you with that.

off-topic to your question, but have you considered keeping the account active for future purchases and/or sales? i've gotten some very good, even 'screamin' deals from various sellers on Gunbroker. i use GB primarily to obtain items that are difficult to find anywhere else.

GB does not charge you unless you sell something, you will get a statement monthly showing a credit balance of $1 but there is absolutely no charge after opening your account, I have the same thing and no longer sell ther but I do buy regularly.

          Hope that helps

Also if you use a non free email account (yahoo, gmail, etc) no activation fee needed either. No monthly fees also...

Are you really that worried about $3 dollars? It is a one time only thing. You will only be charged for anything in the future if you list something for sale and it actually sells.

Sandman is right! Just relax. I have had an account with them for years and never had any issues.

Not concerned bout $3, all good if its a one time fee. Just didnt want to pay monthly for something that I may not be using. Kinda like a gym membership that I never go to. Thanks for clarifying.

There is a $1 charge when you make an account and a $3 charge to verify who you are. After that its 100% free unless you sell something.

Its a Gun type E-bay account... I wouldnt close it.

I would strongly suggest you do not close the account. $3 bucks make a difference in your life? I hope not. You will need this account in the near future to buy and sell gun related stuff. Trust me, sometime very soon you will have to go to gunbroker to get the parts, ammo and other crap you can't get anywhere else becasue of all the hoarders. It's free after they verified you untill you sell something and even then it's peanuts.

                          Keep it!
