    turners

So the 23rd I bought a ruger alaskan in 454 casul and also the gun site scout and I just checked the weekly ad today and the 25th both of them went on sale and I could of saved $70. Anyone think if I go in with my receipt they will give me the sale price?

Or has anyone gone in and done this and they gave it to you. Would be nice to have saved the amount of the drops fees

It's worth a try. Smile when you ask!

Only thing you can do is go in and ask. Do you have a good relationship with some of the staff and managers, like on a first-name basis? Approach the salesperson that helped you out, it couldn't hurt...

I think that you can get them to refund the difference. My wife never let's a store off the hook for doing that. I would just go in and be very cordial and hen sweet talk them out of that $70!

I know the store in San Marcos did that for me once. Ask like a gentleman and see what happens.
The liberal see's the glass as half full and tries to take more.
The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.
I'm with the people on the side just pouring water in the glass trying to get a drink!

Agreed. Your local store probably not, Turner's ya.

I bought two gun cases the next day they were 50% off, they gave me the difference.

gave me the difference of $60 when my AR went on sale. it was store credit, so i just turned it in to free ammo.

I DROS'ed a pistol that went on sale while waiting the 10 day period. I went back and asked for an adjustment and they gave it to me without any issues. Saved me 50 bucks.

Yeah, they'll make it right. Either refund in cash or store gift card.
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.

same her at KM store and the gave me the difference back for store credit only. Not an issue since I need to buy stuff any ways.

I've seen it done, but keep in mind they are under no obligation to do so. Therefor, the key to getting a better deal is to be polite and friendly. Getting angry at them for not giving you something they don't have to is a very bad way to go about things (and yet I've seen this done too). Also, try to get a feel for their mental state. A lot of their employees seems stressed out/sleep deprived at the moment, what with how busy every gun store in the state has been over the last few weeks.

                            Good luck!

Two thumbs up for turners.. I called talked to the firearms manager and he gave me the sale prices... since I paid for the gun site in full and just a down payment of the Alaskan he applied the savings from the gunsite to the alaskan and discounted the Alaskan to the sale price.
