    Glockstore order processing

Now I fully understand they're being crushed with orders, this isn't about that.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered some mag parts that were backordered. Well, they order hit my account on Monday and I was overdrawn (yeah yeah, I know...poor form on my part, this hasn't happened in years). Perfect storm of stuff hitting my account at exactly the wrong time in an account I only keep funds in for online purchases.

So here's my question. Do they wait and try to re-process the charge or cancel the order? On their "my account" page the order still shows as "processing" (it was "pending" prior to charging my account). Obviously calling them is useless, I just get a busy signal. Should I sit tight or use the "reorder" option and hope I don't get 2x of everything I ordered?

You should really try to contact them... I doubt anyone here knows how they handle orders.

Their phone line is always busy but some people have had luck with their Facebook page.

Back ordered for over 600,000 firearms and a million and a half magazines. Wow.

Lenny's good people. This crazy market has every gun business backordered and in a frenzy.

          Let's be patient.

I guess it will take a while for the all the stores
to have the same amount of readily available items
              like before.
