Now I fully understand they're being crushed with orders, this isn't about that.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered some mag parts that were backordered. Well, they order hit my account on Monday and I was overdrawn (yeah yeah, I know...poor form on my part, this hasn't happened in years). Perfect storm of stuff hitting my account at exactly the wrong time in an account I only keep funds in for online purchases.
So here's my question. Do they wait and try to re-process the charge or cancel the order? On their "my account" page the order still shows as "processing" (it was "pending" prior to charging my account). Obviously calling them is useless, I just get a busy signal. Should I sit tight or use the "reorder" option and hope I don't get 2x of everything I ordered?
