Well my ruger mini 14 needs to get sent back to Ruger for service, and I'm not exactly sure what I'm suppose to be doing. I emailed ruger and they gave me a RMA# to put inside the box and now I'm not sure the legalities of all this.
Can anyone let me know if I need to declare whats in the box? Or is that pistols only?
Do I need to take it to a different place than just the post office?
And I've read that Ruger will pay for shipping.... But I never got a pre paid shipping label like I did when I sent a pistol back to S&W.
And for anything wondering what the problem is- Hole in the bolt from the Bolt hold open rubbing against it.
