I don't know about "bad", but it might make you a felon

They have got one year day to buy 10 round mags that will be in violation of the law if they contain more than 7 rounds within Imagine your child accidentally places 8 rounds in a 10 round (can't have more than 7 round) mag at the range and you get cuffed, child gets CPS ride

I wonder how CA is going to address 'Registered Assault Weapons'.
Currently my RAW's can have regular capacity mags and no bullet button BS.
I don't know how they can go back and require previously reg'ed AW to conform to contemporary limitations.
