Never had a problem with them before and I order pretty regularly. If it was a hard to get or big ticket item, I might call to confirm availability.

Well I ended up cancelling the order. It just sat pending review for a week and a friend of mine who ordered similiar items had waited 3 weeks before cancelling his. Needless to say I will only shop there in person, since it appears they are not timely in the least bit on back orders. Unless I physically have the item in my hand I would'nt shop there again.


There customer service was not as bad as other people have made them out to be. They are just bad with inventory. They also never charged my credit card. There was a temporary authorization but it vanished after a week.

I am in the same boat. Ordered in February, status was still will ship in 4- 7 days, e-mailed, 3 business days for a response that item is backordered. I thanked them for informing me and canceled the order. Fool me once.

2 orders, 2 screw-ups. 1st order was not sent for two weeks AFTER my card was charged.

2nd order failed to include a bi-pod. After 4 Emails, 5 months, and two assurances that it's on the way..................nothing.

No more Botach for me.

I just placed an order for about 20 items and got all but 1 in a week.
I guess I got lucky. most people are all over their $20 glock33rd mags. They sell other small molle clips and gear pretty cheap as well.

It's a typical story - I've ordered from them a number of times, with good luck, but one substantial order went wrong and was never filled. Communications were abysmal. They're fine if nothing goes wrong, but if it does, expect no satisfaction whatsoever.

The rule of thumb - order from their sales emails, or if you can verify something's in stock.
