    Calif banned AR-15 Question

    If one has a banned AR 15 can it be sold and shipped to someone in Arizona or Nevada? I understand the reciever can be changed to make it legal but I am not a gunsmith. How difficult is it to change and does it cheapen the factory made gun?

    It may take me awhile to respond to replies because my wife is working online.
