Question on selling gun to a friend in Oklahoma

Hello Everyone, Actually it's a stripped lower & I'm going to sell it to a friend who lives in Oklahoma. By doing a search I see it has to go to an FFL in Oklahoma but can I send it to his FFl or does a California FFL have to send it? He found an FFL there to accept delivery who just said to make sure I sent it by whatever way was legal for me. His FFL said he just needed a copy of my Drivers License. Also isn't there a California form I fill out that declares I sold it? Thanks! Bill

ps, yeah someone offered him $400 more for his AR-15 than he paid for it & he sold it. Didn't dawn on him that there was a REASON for someone paying more! Now he can't replace it! LOL...
