    High cap mag question

Hello, I have 2 questions regarding high cap mags in California.

    1. Do I need a license to make a California legal mag (10 rounds) then sell them?

    2. Can I make a high cap mag then sell to states that allow them?

I have seen a few rifle stores that are based in California and sell high cap mags to other states so I am a little confused.

    1. No

    2. You cannot assemble the magazine in this state. You could sell it if it is not assembled.
My mother always told me to be careful what you ask for.

Just one more piece of parental advice I stupidly ignored.

To sell large cap magazines as a CA business requires an FFL and a CA firearms seller's license, and a CA magazine permit.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

So theoretically speaking. If One were to sort through old boxes which has been owned for as long as they could remember and to find very old mags and a few had the date that said 08/99 and 03/99 what are the options of someone stuck in this situation? Theoretically speaking of course.
