80% Lower after Jan 1st 2014

Probably already asked and answered somewhere in the 1.5 million posts here, but I will ask again anyway.

I am contemplating obtaining some 80% lowers and templates. Does the law starting Jan 1st 2014 impact 80%ers? If so, what do you do just put some arbitrary number on it?

I would imagine it would be like building an AR15 pistol from an 80% now.

I believe you can do it, but you must register it withing a certain # of days (60?).

Fud on the ar pistol. You do not have to register an 80%. I don't know about your question OP.
