    Quick question regarding PPT

Did do a quick search on this, but didn't find what I was looking for.

Here's my question: I'm considering unloading a few sticks and have some one interested in Nevada (I'm a CA resident) - Is there any legal statue that prohibits me from PPTing a firearm outside of CA FTF? I'd be up there anyway for a weekend, figured I'd just bring them with me and make the exchange in person, if legal.

    Cheers

Federal law requires the transfer to go through an FFL because you and the buyer are residents of two different States.
