Stay away from these guys. Totally unethical business people. On December 19, 2012 I ordered 30 black windowed pmags for $29.99 per mag. I received a message from them today via email saying they only had tan magazines left and if I would be willing to swap them. I emailed back and told them that I would be willing to take them and they replyed by telling me that they were cancelling my order because my billing address was in California even though I was asking for them to be shipped to my address in Alaska. I don't know how many of you guys have run into profiteer scans like this during "the rush" where you make an order and then they find some BS reason not to fill it, but this is probably the lamest one I heard because the transaction, given my shipping address, is perfectly legal. They just don't like the fact that they can sell the same stock for twice the amount now. Anyway, buy from these guys at your own risk.

Lots of retailers are not willing to take on the liability of selling high capacity to California residents. Brownells, Midway and most of the major retailers have this policy. Your best bet is to stick to retailers that sell "Rebuild-Kits". -
We shouldn't even speak in those terms. There is no liability. There is nothing that precludes this transaction other than hysteria and an ignorance of the law .. and greed I guess..Comment

I do not agree with the policy but I understand why they have the rule.Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

Funny you type that as I asked a vendor on here via a thread if they would ship standard capacity/"hi-cap" mags to a non-restricted address with a CA billing address and someone replied that most places would.

I've never had a problem with anyone else online. The transaction is perfectly legal. Re-read my post. The post wasn't complaining about their policy (which isn't stated on their website), the post is about them making up this policy to deny the sale at the price I locked in so they can resale the same stock to someone else at a higher price. If you think that it's no big deal for people to breach legitimate agreements then shop at their website, be my guest.Comment

Shipment wasnt being sent to CA. Perfectly legal. Ive kept old billing addresses before, especially on temp or frequent moves. Billing at parents house when moving frequently so I can keep mail going without the post office losing stuff. Like they did with a registered letter to Irvine. Never got the green card or letter back. Its been almost 3 months. Lol.On the Second Amendment:

I locked in the price at a rate lower than what the mags are currently being offered for sale. They cancelled my order, not because they were out of stock, but because they claimed that they had a stated policy that precluded shipping to a legal state if the purchaser had a CA billing address. That "policy" is no where on their website.Comment
