    Glock 19

Even thought I've handled shotguns and rifles over all of the years, I've been waiting forever on Turners for my first handgun: Ruger GP100 w/4" bbl in nickel. Everyone I talk to tell me it's well worth the wait. So in the meantime, they won't even take a deposit on the Glock 19 that I want due to the craze going on. Went over to Field Time in Westminster, and the guy there tells me that since Glocks are now made in the US, California won't allow their sale anymore??? First I've heard of that. Anyway, does anyone know where I might go in the OC to purchase one or at least place a deposit.
Thanks for all of the great advice y'all offer as usual.

Can't help you with a recommendation but I think Field Time was confused. Gen4 Glocks aren't on the CA approved list but the Gen3 Glocks still are. The list only restricts what a CA FFL can sell the general public (LEOs are exempt), Gen4 Glocks are legal to own and buy through private party transactions. Have you been watching the ads in the Calguns marketplace section? they are listed on a regular basis.

Didn't realize that existed... Thanks for that for sure.
