    Rebuild magazine questions

I know it's illegal to have them assembled unless I had them before the ban or if I "found" them. Now, would it be ok if I had the spring and follower out and have the base plate and dust cover installed? This is in regards to Pmags by the way.

There is no case law on how assembled a magazine has to be to actually have been manufactured. All answers will just be opinion.
