    Sacramento Gunsmith for Saiga 12 conversion?

    I have a saiga 12 i'd like to get converted. Is anyone in sacramento competent enough to do this? I don't have a good vise and the one I want is about 300-400 so I keep putting off my gunsmithing and just want to get this DONE.
