when did they start the yellow form on transfers? im asking because my buddy is being audited from atf and he doesn't have the yellow slips past a certain date and they are asking where they are.

ummmmmm, is he an FFL 01 or 03 license holder? Why is he being 'audited'?

he is an 01, they do random audits and this one is a complete audit.
