Slow service from Larue Tactical?

I ordered one of their covert rifle bags and the order is still processing, i ordered it yesterday. They haven't charged me yet. I guess I am spoiled because most places that I order from online process and charge me right away. I sent an email with no response.

Anyone else experiencing this? or is it the norm from them?

do realize that Larue's website is not linked to their inventory systems.

based on posts on AR15.com, I don't they are in stock right now.

to me 1 day and no CC charge is not slow. not aimed solely at you, but in general people seem impatient with online purchases.

I ordered some stuff a few weeks ago and it took two days to get a confirmation. One item was shipped but another was backordered (coming tomorrow).

LOL. You do realize the entire gun industry is insanely busy right now right? I order guns from Acusport and they have 2nd day shipping. I used to order guns on Sunday night, pay for it by fax, and they would be to my shop on Wednesday. Keep in mind this is a multi-million dollar corporation who spends a ton of money on warehousing and shipping. They have still not shipped my orders from 12/20!

I placed an order a week ago with LaRue it's still "Pending" in their system. I expected this and so should you ,look at the quoted post, plus remember Tuesday was a Holiday and so was Monday for LaRue's overworked employees.
Also depending on what color case you ordered it is most likely out of stock. I ordered a mk2 covert right after Thanksgiving I got a blue one in part because from reading on AR15.com, blue and red were the only colors in stock. I wanted blue anyhow and it was delivered in a week.

I placed an order with a local guy who promised to ship fast. He didn't ship for 9 days and it took 13 days to get in my hands. When I inquired here about the delay, I was told I was being impatient as 2 weeks is not a long time to wait......

Typically I get most orders in 2-3 days.....so I was surprised more people think waiting forever is normal. IMO, one day isn't really that LNG though. It's hard to wait when you got the gun itch hehe...

I placed an order with Larue on Tuesday 1/1, and received a shipping notification on wednesday 1/2. They seem to be pretty quick.

I shop at Larue couple of times a year. Sometimes they charge my cc and a day later the charge disappears and I don't see the charge again until the product is delivered.

I always get the stickers, bottle opener, and bbq rub for free with my package.

When i ordered the QD mount for my ACOG, it was slightly delayed

they <Larue> did not charge my cc until it shipped..i can only imagine

the order demand atm btw this was back in September w/slight delay..
