gun show - gun safe discount ?

I am interested in getting a quality gun safe and was wondering what type of deals are offered at a gun show?

%age off? or free delivery ? or 10% markup for panic buying?

Does anyone have any advice if it makes sense to fight the crowds at a gun show?

If in So Cal go to West Coast Safes talk to Steve or one of the Guy. They have a big selection of new and used safes. I bought a used safe that looked brand new. Got a good discount also. Side note cash talks show them the green. They have a website also.

I agree, try and talk to the son you'll get a better deal. The owner (his dad) will try to get milk out of a turnup LOL LOL. In march of 2010 I spent $1530.00 For a F-25 nine months later I traded it in for a larger safe F-50 cost me another $1100.00. Pick one out and then get the bigger one. Make sure you bolt in to the garage floor. Tell them a Calguner sent you. Good luck.

Costco has good deals from time to time through costco.com thats where I got my Cannon. Just looked right now and it seems they only have the more expensive cannon ones right now, but I've seen them have decent sized ones for $700-1200. http://www.costco.com/executive-vaults.html

Personally the thing that attracted me to Cannon was their reputation and their warranty, I may have missed it but I don't think many companies offer such a strong warranty.

Thanks for the suggestions - will give West Coast a call on the 2nd.

I would prefer a higher quality used safe over a lesser quality new one. (if I can find one).
