    Predator movie M16

Hi everyone I was watching the first Predator movie today and couldn't help but think thats a sweet handguard Arnold has on his M16. Is it a real handguard or a fake handguard made for the movie?

      It's a M203 Heat-shield for the M16.

Considering where the govinator's finger is located, that m16 is not safe...

Those handguards are not that great. I replaced them by the dozen because they tend to crack. You have to use with an M203, no combining it with anything else.

Keep in mind that except for the very front end they're open on the bottom, so if you use one w/o a 203 you'll probably burn yo fangers.
