Can I sell a stripped lower with just buffer tube on

I got an AR lower with a A2 buffer tube stuck on it. Pretty sure I didn't put loctite on unless MagPul put it on from factory as the buffer tube came with the UBR stock I had. Back to question, can I sell it with the buffer tube still on or would that be considered a pistol?

a stripped lower is a stripped lower. You can not turn it into a pistol, it could only be a short barreled rifle, which requires a short barrel.

If it was DROS'ed as a rifle you can sell it with a weasel mounted on it if you like, it doesn't make it a pistol
