I witnessed a car accident at an intersection yesterday. Three people were dead at the scene, four were taken to the hospital by paramedics. .
It seems the cause of the accident was a couple crazy kids street racing blew the red light and a car with a family in it was struck and two of its occupants were killed.
I call for the president of AAA head on a stick. There is blood on his hands. Same for the director of the National Traffic Safety Board.
We need to have the general public of law abiding drivers turn in their vehicles for no compensation and limit them to vehicles that dont go over 25 mph. Why would anyone need a vehicle that exceeds that limit.
Thats a safe and sensible speed limit.
I will also call out to my lawmakers to impose a ban on car mufflers, so we can hear these murdervehicles coming and limit gas tanks to 10 gallons , to encourage people to keep their foot out of the throttle.
Anyone buying large quantities of fuel will be reported until we can devise a rationing system.
I will be starting a petition for this drive and expect our lawmakers to draft something quickly before the New Year.
