    Obtaining paperwork for RAW

Im helping out my Uncle who is not very computer/tech savvy. I have done a few searches on here and didnt come up with any thing.

My uncle has a Daewoo K2 which he registered back when the first AWB happened. He has since lost the paper work and wants to get the paperwork in order so he can take the rifle to the range without any hassle.

Would he simply just contact DOJ and request a copy of the registration paper work?

I was going to have him call and talk to someone at DOJ but wanted to see if anyone here on CG has done this before

Thanks in advance for any info..

Getting a second letter may be difficult.
He should call Cal DOJ Firearms Div. in Sac.
Another possibility is that he has more than one letter.
I ended up with one letter listing all of my RAW's at once.
Everytime I updated my RAW's, I would get a more recent letter listing all. All he would need is one letter containing the Daewoo info.

normal people can't "update RAWS".... Yes contact DoJ and they will send you a copy. I think they charge like $20.
