Need link,pointers-being charged tax on OOS buy? ALSO told no tax if sent from PP??
Hey guys, found out about the POS Tax idiots in Ball'Sac... that they are making the FFl collect taxes on ANY guns that come into the state through a FFL... new, used, CR,etc.....
I WAS TOLD that IF there is tax charged buy the out of state SELLER/FFL then the Kali FFL does NOT collect taxes.. if the gun comes in without tax showing as paid THEN they -under POS state orders- eff you with the taxes....
I bought a used glock, was charged the taxes by the selling ffl, shipped to store here and GOTEFFED with paying taxes_AND a higher transfer fee..
....
I ranted and was then told that IF A GUN COMES IN FROM A PRIVATE PARTY(shipped by the private individual) AND NOT THROUGH A FFL , THEN THEY DO NOT COLLECT THE TAX!?!??!?!?
Can someone PLEASE direct me to the official skinny on this.... I am a BIT PISSED that my USED $424 Gen 3 Glock 35 HAS NOW COST ME ABOUT $590! same as a new f&%$#%^#%#$%!!! one.....
I paid tax for the out of state AND ANOTHER $145! for TAX DROS AND 100 TRANSFER --- wow nothing like gettin fckd hard
Thank's, I say we need to get a bill going to BAN IDIOTS IN GOV'T AND SPECIFIC people like DFS, DELEON,Yee, Blooomers,Schumer,etc from even HAVING A JOB or opening their traps ....
Oh and firing the whole lot.....throw them out.... all worthless...
