Since when did they sell AR-15s at all? All I have ever seen there is the .22 LR clones.

they are the only shop in the bay area that still has ARs, and they are not selling them because we can't be trusted to own guns.

All I found today was a $1,700 Sig at Bullseye, a $1,000 Armalite at Triple A's and a $1500 S&W at Peninsula Guns & Tactical..

yup.. the gouging has already started...

Its a free market so thats how it goes. Once again, thats why I pulled my upper off the for sale forums... I cant afford to replace it now LOL Guys are PMing me with $100, and $150 added on to my asking price to get me to sell it. I just can't afford to take the chance right now.

Just went to the San Bruno Big 5 to PPT a rifle and when they hesitated and said they would have to call corporate, i reminded them that it was required by law that they do the transfer. the succubus told me that i was "threatening her" and she would "refuse the sale" if i was rude.

I said everything in a matter-of-fact manner and with a smile. I had the penal code, in my bag, and had the dublin ATF number on my speed dial.

The 'tards at Big 5 think they are doing us a favor and that it's a privilege to buy from them. That's the last straw. I've had it with them. I'd gladly pay more and drive further to support a local business and not have to see their faces ever again.
