Well that's it, there are no more guns

I went out tonight looking for a Sig since I don't want to wait 6 months for everyone to restock.

Jackson arms is out of them.

Imbert and Smithers had an X-Five and a 229 in their used section but were otherwise out.

Reeds told me over the phone that they sold their entire stock this morning.

I managed to pick up the MK25 in the display case at the Bay Area Gun Vault. Their usual stock of 50+ rifles was down to about 8 left, and they still had 1911s but were pretty much out of anything that uses a standard 10+ capacity mags.

So I guess that's it for a while.

If not today then by tomorrow all the stores will be out of stock.

Triple A's Sporting Goods in Vallejo still has a decent stock on hand of everything.

Really Jackson Arms, not a great place if your looking to buy a gun very limited always.

You know what is hilarious to me?

Through all of this fricking panic buying, there are still millions of revolvers and shotguns sitting available for sale.

Let's say -- hypothetically, of course -- a national ban goes into effect on all semi-auto rifles, handguns, and shotguns. What is everyone going to run out and buy?

        Revolvers and shotguns.

Heh, I guess if it comes to "Panic Buy, Part 2, electric bugaboo". I'll be out with the rest of them buying revolvers.

At least we know that there will be some in stock

Turner's Kearny Mesa had ONE damned 'AR left, an Armalite something. I never thought I'd live to see the day...

Damn that 590 is a fine shotgun. Where are you buying it from? I was going to lay that away at Turner's but went for the Benelli Super Nova instead, so I could have some extra money to fund a 1911 buy...

Naw. More than likely, they will be going after things magazine fed, that can also accept magazines over 10 rounds (while also banning magazines over 10 rounds).

I have been planning on buying a Sig and a Glock in .40 S&W. I went in for the Sig before the panic and just picked it up last night. Wasn't planning on buying the Glock just yet but seeing how things are going, I put 1 on layaway. Can't DROS until Jan. due to 1 handgun a month rule. Now for some ammo. Wish me luck.
