This is well documented in the C&R forum.

They have differnt warning on differnt pages.

They will sell to a CA FFL03

YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT FFL LICENSE OR C&R LICENSE ON FILE TO ORDER THESE PRODUCTS.

CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FFL BEFORE HAND AND MAKE THE NECCESSARY ARRANGMENTS FOR DELIVERY. PUT YOUR FFL'S ADDRESS IN THE SHIP TO SECTION DURING CHECK OUT, DO NOT PUT YOUR ADDRESS IN THE SHIP TO SECTION IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN FFL. MAKE SURE YOUR FFL PUTS YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ON THE COPY OF THEIR FFL WHEN THEY FAX OR EMAIL IT TO US. 2 months ago Wideners had a nice sale on stripped AR15 lowers, made by LRB, for about $80 each, with a price break for buying mulitple units.
Of course, they had to add a disclaimer that they were not for sale to California. I am not sure if Wideners will ever get any more of my business.
