This is well documented in the C&R forum.

They have differnt warning on differnt pages.

They will sell to a CA FFL03

YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT FFL LICENSE OR C&R LICENSE ON FILE TO ORDER THESE PRODUCTS.

          ALL FFL RULES APPLY

          NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you are having an item shipped to your FFL dealer please put their name and address in the ship to section.

CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FFL BEFORE HAND AND MAKE THE NECCESSARY ARRANGMENTS FOR DELIVERY. PUT YOUR FFL'S ADDRESS IN THE SHIP TO SECTION DURING CHECK OUT, DO NOT PUT YOUR ADDRESS IN THE SHIP TO SECTION IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN FFL. MAKE SURE YOUR FFL PUTS YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ON THE COPY OF THEIR FFL WHEN THEY FAX OR EMAIL IT TO US. Not following these instructions will cause long delays and possibly the cancellation of your order. If you have questions please email us before ordering wideners@wideners.com

Note: California 03 license holders Only on qualifying Firearms, we will not sell to or transfer through any other license in the State of CA.

2 months ago Wideners had a nice sale on stripped AR15 lowers, made by LRB, for about $80 each, with a price break for buying mulitple units.
Of course, they had to add a disclaimer that they were not for sale to California. I am not sure if Wideners will ever get any more of my business.

What will they do if the whole country ends up with the Kalifornia laws?

                    Old news.....

Widener's, although not wanting to deal with the CLFC thing, is a good company.
