      I bought 4 10 round magazines from CDNN in Texas that were no name brand that work as well as the Ruger 10 round magazine I bought at the same time for my 80s vintage stainless Mini 14. At the time they only cost $14 each, about 6 months ago.

                  if these are what they say they are they are great

                  but i use them in a real mini 14 so they are safer than other mini 14 ranch

                  see the thing is the real mini 14s have the front of the mag catch are springloaded via the recoil spring so the front of the magazine is better protected from careless insertions

                    What series of the Mini14 do you have?

                    I haven't had any problems with my ProMag or my John Masen feeding. The problem I have is with them holding open on the last round. The Ruger mags of course, have never given me any issues.
