"high capacity" magazines being sold on eBay

eBay has a policy of only allowing sales of magazines that hold up to 10 rounds. I've been seeing listings that are clearly "high capacity" magazines but are vague in the description about how many rounds it actually holds. Usually they will place a ruler next to the magazine to demonstrate that it's a 20 or 30 round version. This makes me wonder what could possibly happen if one were to order one, believing it to hold 10 rounds and then finding upon receiving it, that it's actually a "high capacity" magazine?

yea its quite risky for the seller since the buyer could just claim it is not as advertised and dispute the charges and trust me paypal is not going to side with a firearm magazine seller ever

i tried to sell a 1911 officers magazine picture and all but it was cancelled because i did not state it held 6 rounds since i thought it was fairly obvious

What do OP mean by high capacity? 30 round mags are "Normal Capacity" high capacity will be the Surefire 60 or 100 rounders, now in CA, it should be called a restricted capacity magazine.

Does EBay allow the sale of rebuild kits?

Break the magazines down and sell them for parts or parts kits?

                      Just asking....
