I think this was the assault magazine she was referring to. If so I agree with the ban.

Perhaps by assault magazines they simply mean the high page capacity "Computer Shopper" magazine we all loved in the 90s. Or the Sears catalog. Or the Yellow Pages. High capacity!

i have a baseball bat in my back seat, but i don't ever intend to play baseball with it. want to ban that too?

seeing as how california is one of only a few states that has laws against a magazine over 10 rounds, maybe the high cap magazines they're talking about are the 30+?
                    I don't own any guns...they're dangerous.

all I can say to the rest of the country, "welcome to california " we have some of the strictest gun laws in the country. now it seems the rest of the country will follow suit. I just hope it doesn't get worst in cali, since we already have a basic AWB

Well thats a warm and fuzzy thought but Fienstien says she has been working on this bill for over a year. I think she will educate O on Cali's experience with the bullet button and her special list of assault weapons. If so, it could get very ugly.
