I ran across this article on Reason Magazines website and found it to be of interest, so I thought I would share. It seems that Connecticut has a pretty close if not identical AW law as we do here. The stats at the end of the article are interesting and a positive statement of the AR usefulness. Thought I would share, if a duplicate, delete.
