I own a Romainain AK 47. I currently live in Nevada, but soon moving to Calif. Can I bring it with me ? if so will I need to reg. it in Calif ??

Look at the top for the flow chart and links to laws. Its pretty important for you to understand the laws and know how to figure this stuff out for yourself. give a fish, teach to fish sorta BS I know, but you will be better off in the end. -
No you don't need to register a rifle.
No you can not register it as an "Assault Weapon" registration is over.
You must properly configure it. Magazine lock or Featureless. See the flow charts as diesel said.
No you can not bring in magazines that have the capacity to hold over 10 rounds (assembled) unless you owned them in CA prior to 2000.Comment
