    PSA Questions

So I ordered a bunch of stuff from PSA, one being their 8620 BCG for $129, and their black friday upper.

I was surprised to see they all shipped at their advertising timeframe (14 days)

However, I received my BCG order today....with just the bolt. No firing pin, no bolt cam pin, no bolt carrier.

The invoice was nice enough to include that I paid the full price $129 for a $34 part.

Anyone else experience this? Left a voicemail with them as well as an email.

There is another post about someone with the same issue. They couldn't reach psa before closing so no resolution yet.

They have a great reputation though, so they'll prob take care of you.

The only thing bad about PSA is getting in touch with them, but I have no doubt that they will make things right.
I would rather be judged by 12 than be carried by 6
