Ammo Prices gone up again. WTF!!!

Miwall's reloaded .45 ACPs 500rds were $110 a week ago. Now they are $125. Damn, I was excited about the Cow Palace Gun Show tomorrow but not so much anymore.

Well, a large portion of people don't reload themselves and buy from Miwall's or other reloaders. Reloaders are more susceptible to fluctuations in the raw materials market. As such, Miwall's and the like pass on those costs down to their customers. Just be glad that they're still charging significantly less than Wal-Mart and other retailers. Or you could just start reloading yourself.

I reload .223s but I don't see any significant savings on reloading .45 ACPs, but I could be wrong.

Unless you find your brass, you should still add that cost in there, assuming you can reload it at least half a dozen times... not a big increase over the life of the case, but up front, brass is expensive!

                      We have a winner!

Take a look at the value of the dollar since last August. Our currency is lagging behind the buying power of the Canadian dollar! The dollar has lost something close to 20% in the last six-seven months.

Yeah, noticed a big jump from a couple weeks ago for WWB @ Wallyworld. It's up to $18.00+ for 100 rounds of 9mm.

I sold an Asian guitar I bought last year, I still had the receipt, 239.00

Now new they go for 269.00

12.5% increase in price in one year.
"War is a racket. It always has been. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives. Only a small 'inside' group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes."
