Engraving

I finally got my 80% lower from Ares () and after I go from 80 to 100, I want to get it engraved. Any places in Oceanside or lower where I can get it done? Not even going north of Camp Pen......Thanks!

Mail it to sureshot precision. They do bad *** laser engrave. I did 2 last week with them.

Make sure that whoever you decide to use is an FFL if you machine your 80% before you engrave it. If they aren't, engrave it first unless you're going to be present while they do it.

I asked them that specific question and they said it'd be considered a repair after its completed and sent back certified needing a signature. Sureshot works out of addax so you won't have a problem. Greg is a real cool dude.

A guy where I work did it on his cnc mill.

Figure about $40 for a few lines. Turn around would be a week or 2.

JD machine did my laser engraving of a reaper on the Mag well, came out pretty nicely. turn around is like 3 days.

They would still need to hold an FFL as they would have to log it in when they take possesion of the firearm from you. Unless they are using Addax as FFL and they are loggin in the items for Sureshot to work on.

You are correct in that it can be sent straight back to you.
