Need Help installing pics in my ad

I have some things for sale in the Marketplace and I am having trouble downloading my pics to the photobucket website. I have a account with them. But when I go to my Pics file and what to install them to photo bucket my pictures will not drag over to the Library page to download them. I click on the picture and highlight it to install but it does not work. I went to the Sticky in the Private sales forum and followed the steps but it is a no go. Please someone here to help me and tell me step by step and what I am doing wrong so I can Post Pictures
