Sacramento FFL Holder

Hi everyone. I purchased a Saiga from DD's ranch last week (Wednesday) and they said they normally send them to the FFL person in Sacramento whose name we don't post. They told me that I didn't need to call him first. This is the first firearm purchase I have made online so I felt funny about not checking with the FFL holder before having the rifle sent to him. So, I called him to give him a heads up about the rifle coming his way and also to apologize for not calling him first, but he hasn't returned my call. Does anyone know if he is out of town? Maybe he doesn't call the customer until the item arrives? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I usually e-mail to inform him of a firearm shipment. From my experiences he won't call you when the firearm arrives. As for out of town, I don't think he is. Bring cash as well, as he doesn't accept credit cards

I know that he is only in on Monday & Thursdays from 10-2.

I have had good luck getting in touch with him via email.
