Went there today and left pretty disappointed...I know not to expect too much from CA gun shows but this one seemed even worse than the last one in Feb. They didn't have any ammo I was looking for and a couple other things they once had in Feb.

Good thing was I find good parking and Midwall's WWB 45 was the cheapest I've seen anywhere so far....like $155.50+tax for 500 in the 100rd value packs.

They were like $155.95 for 500 in the 100rd value packs or $2 more for the case of 50rd boxes. Unless you are talking about something other than 230gr FMJ?

Either way I went back at around 4pm and they were sold out. Lady working behind the table said they weren't going to have any more tomorrow.

I went today (Sunday) - got there around 10am... Miwall was cleaned out of just about everything. It was a pitiful sight. LAX had some stock but prices have definitely climbed, especially on 5.56/.223. Ammo Bros. had some stock as well but their prices are a bit higher and they were definitely lacking some of the usual surplus ammo.

Otherwise, I thought it was a little better than usual. It seems the dealers of accessories and supplies had stocked up a bit for the pre-Xmas show. Guns, of course, were priced well above retail as usual. I saw some Russian SKS rifles that would have been interesting if they weren't $500-650.

I will still go to the local gun shows though, because I want to support their continued existence and encourage the sellers to continue.

So, I went to the Glendale show today (arrived 12 noon)---really good turnout---Miwall was stripped almost bare---but still plenty of other ammo at somewhat higher prices. I sold a bunch of stuff I no longer needed---very good show for me! Lots of people---ran into quite a few shooting friends---stayed for about three and a half hours---had a good time.
