Is the part you need listed in the USML as part of the lame ITAR/AECA? Export permits for US citizens to ship overseas are very expensive & a hassle to get. It's only feasible for a business to export due to the costs & time involved. I'm not sure what that shotgun part would be called under the list. I do know that UK Customs has caused issues with very high duties & holding packages for excessive periods.

If you can find a local welder, they can do it. I couldn't wait for c-rums to do my mossberg JM lifter so i took it to a local welder and showed him pictures of what i needed. All he did was cut some filler material and welded it on. Took only 20 min and it runs like a champ. Good luck.

        James,
I could do with some great pictures/info etc, like before/after, verbal know how.
Any info as they will only have one attempt, get it wrong and the gun will be out of action for months as the UK dealer don`t hold spares.

Shotgun parts are generally not covered by ITAR. Commerce Dept regulates export and it's pretty relaxed. Go figure.

Hey, I'm not a traitor to the crown.

Not that one, anyway. My ancestors were more concerned with Tsar Nikolai/Николай II. Seems being drafted into the army was a lifetime gig ...
